We pride ourselves in seeking out the best termite and pest control professionals in the field. Upon hiring, mandatory background, driving record, and drug checks are performed. All of the new service technicians are placed in an extensive training program with our experienced lead techs for the first 6 months of employment. During this time, they receive all required study materials from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture Division of Pesticides, and the University of Kentucky Entomology Department as well as complete a mandatory safety orientation. Each new tech is required to become state certified before handling any pesticides on a service call. Ongoing training as well as state short course studies and classes are required of all of our certified technicians, to stay well informed of all new laws, handling, applying instructions, as well as learn the newest innovative products and their uses as they are introduced by manufacturers into the industry.

We carry 1,000,000 dollars General Liability insurance.
