Since becoming Kentucky State Licensed through the Department of Agriculture in 1993, Rodney has made servicing customers, assessing their problems, giving honest evaluations, and meeting their termite and pest control needs his main company objective. We pride ourselves in seeking out the best termite and pest control professionals in the field. Upon hiring, mandatory background, driving record, and drug checks are performed. All of the new service technicians are placed in an extensive training program with our experienced lead techs for the first 6 months of employment. During this time, they receive all required study materials from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture Division of Pesticides, and the University of Kentucky Entomology Department as well as complete a mandatory safety orientation. Each new tech is required to become state certified before handling any pesticides on a service call. Ongoing training as well as state short course studies and classes are required of all of our certified technicians, to stay well informed of all new laws, handling, applying instructions, as well as learn the newest innovative products and their uses as they are introduced by manufacturers into the industry. We carry 1,000,000 dollars General Liability insurance. We can supply copies of insurance certificates with any requested new bids. - After 14 years of being in business, we now cover a service area of over 14 counties within the Central Kentucky area.
